They're found in many foods

Calcium

Is found in foods such as  milk, yogurt, spinach, sardines, and cheese. It helps to build strong bones, and also helps with blood clotting, and nervous muscle responses.

Vitamin B12

It is found in  shellfish, liver, fish, crab, fortified soy products (tofu, soymilk), fortified cereals, red meat, low fat dairy, cheese, and eggs. It helps the nervous system function,makes blood cells healthy, helps make DNA, and prevents Anemia.

Zinc

Zinc is found in Grass-fed beef, Yogurt, keifer, lamb, chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, cashews, cocoa powder, chicken, mushrooms,and spiniach. It helps the immune system fight off virus/bacteria.The body also uses it to make DNA and proteins.

Vitamin C

It is found in yellow bell peppers, guava, kale, kiwifruit, broccoli, berries, citrus, tomatoes (cooked), peas, papaya. It helps the body form and maintain connective tissue, including bones, blood vessels, and skin.

Potassium

It is found in Sweet potatoes, tomato sauce, beet greens, beans, yogurt, clams, prunes, carrot juice, molasses,fish, soybeans, winter squash, bananas, Milk, and orange juice. It keeps normal water balance between cells and body fluids, it helps with nerve conduction, and muscle functions, it also helps keep heat beat regular.

It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.
